Yes. The server runs monthly and renews automatically; you can turn off automatic renewal at any time in the customer area, and the server will then end at the end of the paid month. There is no minimum contract period.

Rule of thumb for Minecraft: 2 GB for 1–5 players, 4 GB for 5–15, 8 GB for 15–30 players; modpacks need 4–10 GB depending on the pack. For every other game, the order page shows the recommended size, with details in our guides section.
Yes, you choose your own subdomain during checkout.
On supported Paper/Bukkit stacks, Bedrock clients can join through Geyser and Floodgate. Forge/Fabric modpacks are not generally Bedrock-compatible; consoles may need an additional connection method.
You choose at checkout: Germany (Falkenstein/Limburg) or France (Roubaix). All locations are in the EU — low latency for EU players comes standard.
Monitoring continuously checks the servers and automatically detects crashes and startup problems. For technical issues, support is available via ticket.
